With the "Top Snow Card," skiers and snowboarders can access not only all the lifts in the Zugspitz Arena but also those in Seefeld and Garmisch. If you're not yet in shape to tackle all the slopes, it's best to head straight to one of the six alpine ski schools. Within just a few days, children or adults can transform from beginners or returnees to confident skiers on blue, red, and black runs. Parents can rest assured knowing their young skiers are in the hands of not only sporty but also pedagogically trained ski instructors. It's a perfect way to carve out some personal time.

With 100 kilometers of trails, the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena offers superb cross-country skiing opportunities. A highlight is the round trail in Moos. Where golfers refine their shots in summer, athletes glide through the valley basin of Ehrwald-Lermoos-Biberwier on the 2.5-kilometer-long, snow-covered golf round trail surrounding the 9-hole golf course.

Night Sledding on the Ehrwalder Alm

Open for sledders! Not for skiers, but for tobogganers. Instead of narrow forest roads, winter sports enthusiasts can safely take off with mini bobsleds, wooden toboggans, ski bobs, or racing sleds on the wide slopes of the Ehrwalder Alm twice a week, enjoying an exhilarating night of sledding in the shadow of the Zugspitze.

Small Ski Areas, Great Infrastructure

Around 50 lifts (gondolas, chairlifts, and drag lifts) serve approximately 150 interesting and varied kilometers of slopes. Everyone will find ideal runs for their personal skill level.

In the Ehrwalder Alm ski area, a new 6-seater chairlift with seat heating and weather protection has shortened the journey to the Issentalkopf. This further optimizes the infrastructure of the ski areas in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena. Just last year, a new 10-person gondola was opened in Lermoos. Additionally, a new après-ski hut, the BrentAlm, was established at the valley station of the Ehrwalder Almbahn, enhancing the culinary offerings in Ehrwald, already significantly expanded by the Tirolerhaus at the mountain station of the Ehrwalder Almbahn.

Guaranteed Snow

On the Zugspitze, you will find the best conditions up to nearly 3000m. In the ski areas around the Zugspitze, skiing is possible well into spring. Snowmaking facilities provide additional support. The professionals from the piste service work every night to ensure your slope enjoyment.
