Where can I get my guest card?
You will receive your guest card upon arrival from your host. For any questions, feel free to contact the tourism offices in Ehrwald, Lermoos, and Berwang (Tel. +43 5673 20000).
I've lost something – who should I contact?
Lost items are collected at the lost and found offices in the municipal offices. Please reach out to the municipal office of the place where you lost the item. In cases of theft or lost identification, the Lermoos police station is also responsible.
Is there free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, you can find free Wi-Fi provided by the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena at various locations, such as the tourism offices, the church square in Lermoos, Lusspark, and at the valley stations of the cable cars.
Where can I send letters and packages?
You can send letters and packages at the post partners Amort in Ehrwald and at the souvenir shop of the Lermoos ski school, as well as at the postal service point in the Ines Dorfladen in Bichlbach. Stamps are also available at the newsstands.
